Online business degree in marketing programs provide the same high-quality marketing education as traditional programs, but with far more flexibility.

Online education has grown by leaps and bounds in the past few years; one Washington Post article says, "An extraordinarily fast-growing number of students nationwide and worldwide are turning to online degree programs to complete or advance their educations while they work."

In a July, 2008 article titled "Gas Prices Boost Online Learning" Boston.com says that some colleges have reported as much as a 40 percent spike in enrollment in online courses over the 2007-2008 school year, which officials have attributed to higher gas prices. The New York Times report, "High Cost of Driving Ignites Online Classes Boom" adds that considering "as much as 79 percent of students live off campus," it's understandable that many have decided to save money by pursuing an education online.
