An MBA can benefit almost any career. Since 1953, the MBA program has been highly regarded for its academic and professional excellence. Guided by experienced faculty, you'll study the theories and concepts important to managing business, and spend equivalent amounts of time discussing and applying them in a hands-on, case-study framework-the method of choice for today's top business schools. For those who prefer maximum flexibility and convenience in scheduling, we offer evening and online courses that you can take when and where it is most convenient for you. The Saturday MBA ProgramBack to topThe same classes in the traditional MBA program are now offered on Saturday at our Bay Area regional locations. Most students will take one class in the morning and one class in the afternoon during a given term. There are five 10-week terms per academic year. Executive Master of Public AdministrationBack to topThe EMPA is offered to students interested in a thorough understanding of the process and practices associated with the management of public sector organization at the federal, state and urban levels of government. It will introduce you to the relevant set of knowledge and skills required to function effectively in a managerial or executive role within such organizations. We've designed the program for administrators who already have functional expertise in specific areas, but who need a broader knowledge of other areas, such as finance, human resources and labor-management relations to qualify for higher level positions. The EMPA program is available online, or in a mixed-mode format, where some classes are offered in person and others are offered online.
