Willamette offers a selection of MBA programs designed to meet your goals. Programs include a 21 month full-time MBA program for early career students, a Professional/Evening MBA (PMBA) program for working professionals seeking career enhancement, and an Accelerated MBA program for experienced students seeking career change or advancement.

All programs include the distinctive hands-on Willamette MBA learning experience and all are accredited by AACSB International--the global hallmark of excellence in business education.

MBA (Full-Time)

As a national leader in early career MBA education, Willamette's full-time MBA is specifically designed to prepare students for career entry, change or advancement. The learning experience emphasizes excellent teaching and learning-by-doing. Internships, class consulting projects, in-depth case studies, Integrated Knowledge Weeks, the student investment fund, ethics in business awards, and the unique PaCE program (where teams of students form a consulting company, write a business plan, and create and operate a real enterprise) offer incredible opportunities to build the knowledge and experience employers value.

The distinct design of Willamette's full-time MBA makes it an excellent choice for students seeking an MBA directly after completion of their bachelor's degree or after one or more years of work experience. In just 21 months, students learn the core principles of management, refine their career interests, develop an in-depth understanding of one or more career areas of interest, and build the portfolio needed to succeed in a competitive job market.

A waiver-based accelerated option of the full-time MBA is available to qualified students who have a strong background in the academic study of business from a business school accredited by AACSB International and at least two years of professional work experience. Accelerated students focus their studies in the MBA elective curriculum and complete the MBA in approximately nine to fifteen months of full-time study.

Professional MBA (Evening/Part-Time)

The Professional MBA provides working professionals the opportunity to complete their MBA in the evenings. Professional MBA students immediately apply what they learn to their work place and accelerate their career within their organization. The Willamette Professional MBA offers the unique combination of a quality AACSB accredited program with services specifically designed for the convenience of practicing managers. Programs are available in Portland and Salem

Professional MBA students can complete their MBA degree in 24 months. Courses are taught by Willamette MBA professors--excellent teachers with real world experience--who emphasize the practical application of knowledge and a cross-functional understanding of management.
