The Tampa, Florida, area provides students with easy access to two DeVry University campuses. Overlooking Tampa Bay on Rocky Point at the east end of Courtney Campbell Causeway, the DeVry University Tampa Bay college serves students who live or work in the metropolitan Tampa area.

Tampa students can use their off-study hours to visit Busch Gardens, Adventure Island or take in the Florida Aquarium or Lowry Park Zoo, which, built in 1930, is Tampa's first zoo. With its balmy climate, Tampa is the perfect location for golfers or tennis players—and is home to several professional tennis players, including American top-ten champion James Blake.

The Tampa East facility is situated in Corporex Park on Lakeview Center Drive just south of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (SR-574), and easily accessed from I-4. Both of the DeVry University Tampa campuses offer undergraduate and graduate degree programs in some of today's fastest growing career fields. They feature pleasant learning environments, including large classrooms, controlled class size, computer labs with online access, a Saturday math lab with tutoring available and a lounge and vending area where students can study, eat and socialize. The Tampa Bay campus hosts a huge virtual library, available to all students enrolled at both Tampa locations.

Other benefits of a DeVry University education include:

  • Accelerated education: you can get a 4-year degree in three years
  • Affordable education
  • 90 percent employment rate record
  • DeVry University is an accredited institution
  • Financial aid

Additionally, students enrolled at the Tampa campuses are welcome to take classes from DeVry University Online, which will assist those students who already have a job or family, in scheduling their study time.

The Tampa East and Tampa Bay campuses offer similar degree programs—in Business and Technology—to enrolled students. Since Tampa is the hub of Florida's high tech corridor, it's logically one of the top-ranked places in America for start-ups. With this growing technology sector, as well as Tampa's manufacturing center, which produces cigars, electronic equipment and medical equipment among other goods, DeVry University Tampa graduates have access to many possible career opportunities in technology and business.

DeVry University offers programs in the following areas:
