The Bachelor or Science degree in Human Resource Leadership is designed to provide the necessary academic and experiential factors for the beginning practitioner and manager. Among the skills derived from the program are an in-depth study of basic human resource management, alternate dispute resolution procedures, employment, human diversity, compensation management and corporate training. As a result of these courses, the student emerges as a well-rounded manager capable of meeting the challenges of the work place.

This is a degree completion program. An associate degree (or the equivalent number of hours) is required for admission at the junior level.

The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Degree (BS-IT) program teaches students to design and maintain information technology systems in businesses or other organizations.

The primary objective of the BS-IT program is to provide students with a very strong technical foundation, including proficiency in programming languages, office applications, operating systems, and the Internet.
