College of Saint Elizabeth

The mission of the College of Saint Elizabeth is to be a community of learning in the Catholic liberal arts tradition for students of diverse ages, backgrounds and cultures.

Characterized by a strong Catholic identity and values, the College is committed to scholarship and critical inquiry. It fosters just and ethical relations and the promotion of women as full partners in society in all its programs, including those which enroll both women and men.

With quality teaching as a primary activity and the development of leadership in a spirit of service and social responsibility for others, the College promotes a caring personal environment where students learn by example as well as by participation throughout their educational experience.

The College of Saint Elizabeth is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools.

B.S. in Business Administration

Students may choose a concentration to suit their interests: Management, Marketing or Human Resources Management. An appreciation of the social, political, economic, legal and ethical environments in which business operates gives student the foundations to succeed. Students have the option to begin work on their Master's during their senior year of undergraduate study. Internships are encouraged.

B.S. in Business Administration, Management Concentration

Our management concentration is also offered in an accelerated format, giving students the opportunity to complete their degree in two years. Students proceed through the program as part of a learning group, or cohort. This collaborative learning environment is especially nurturing to adult students.

M.S. in Management

Our traditional M.S. Management program offers the ability to specialize in one of three areas: Human Resources Management, Marketing, or Organizational Change. Taught from the leadership perspective, this experiential program prepares graduates to change or advance careers, compete in industry trends, and manage evolving organizational environments. Students can enter the program during any semester, and choose full or part-time enrollment.

Students seeking an accelerated program can work toward their Master's Degree in Organizational Change in a Saturday-only one-year format. This option is offered on-site, or through a hybrid on-site and on-line program or completely on-line.
