Master of Science in Human Resources

The program provides a thorough coverage of human resource subsystems including legal issues, compensation and benefits, and recruitment and training. Through a diverse selection of electives, students are exposed to the contemporary HR issues, plus insights and knowledge from the human resource, leadership, management, industrial/organizational psychology and behavioral science disciplines.

The 15-credit certificate program offers an overview of the field through a series of courses. Coursework can be applied to the MS in Human Resources program.

Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership

Organizational Development Certificate

This 8-credit program is designed primarily for consultants who wish to enhance their ability to facilitate organizational effectiveness. Coursework can be applied to the MA in Organizational Leadership degree program.

Organizational Leadership Certificate

This 15-credit program will enhance your conceptual and interpersonal skills, allowing you to anchor value-centered, service driven leadership into your everyday operating philosophy and style. Coursework can be applied to the MA in Organizational Leadership degree program.

Gerontology Certificate (Online)

The gerontology certificate is designed for health care professionals with an interest in managing and delivering health care services to elderly populations. The program provides a comprehensive view of health care policies that affect the elderly. You will gain a thorough understanding of the management and administrative aspects in long-term care facilities and those organizations that promote geriatric health and independent living.
