For more than 150 years, Seton Hall University has been a
catalyst for leadership, developing the whole student, mind,
heart and spirit. Seton Hall's attractive suburban campus is only
14 miles southwest of New York City on 58 green acres in the
Village of South Orange, New Jersey. Nationally known and
respected as a leading Catholic university, Seton Hall embraces
students of all races and religions, challenging each to better
the world through integrity, compassion and a commitment to
serving others.
Established in 1950, the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at
Seton Hall University provides professional education geared
toward the needs of business leaders in a rapidly changing
environment. The School offers classes at night and on weekends
to serve the needs of part-time graduate students from the
regional business community and full-time students. Class sizes
are small, with an emphasis on close interaction between the
individual and the faculty member.
The Stillman School is dedicated to transforming concepts into
practice and the use of the latest classroom teaching
technologies, particularly in our state-of-the–art Trading
Room, our Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and our
one-of-a-kind Sharkey Sports Polling Institute. We are known for
our extensive network of corporate partners and alumni as well as
for our early integration of global business practices into our
curriculum. We have a partnership with the Shanghai Institute of
Foreign Trade, Macau University and a 25-year alliance with the
University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
Our 42-credit M.B.A. program can be completed in as few as 18
months and offers seven areas of specialization including
information technology management, international business, and
sport management. We are listed as one of The Princeton Review's
Best 296 Business Schools for having outstanding academic
offerings. We are also one of 15 graduate schools of business
named to The Princeton Review's "Student Opinion Honors for
Business Schools" in the global management category.
A hallmark of our M.B.A. curriculum is the Service Project that
students complete while enrolled in the Social Responsibility
class. This is just one manifestation of a curriculum that also
stresses the importance of ethical and socially responsible
decision making. The Stillman School is one of only a few NY
metropolitan area M.B.A. programs in the Global Top 100 ranking
by the Aspen Institute for Excellence on Social and Environmental
Issues.
