Miller-Motte Technical College

The mission of Miller-Motte Technical College is to help students acquire the essential career and personal skills and knowledge necessary to secure initial employment in their chosen field.

Associate of Applied Science - Accounting

The educational objective of this program is the associate of applied science degree. The vocational objective of the Accounting Technology Program is primarily to train and prepare the student for an entry level position in the field of bookkeeping or accounting. Students completing the program will be prepared for positions such as bookkeeper, accounts receivable clerk, general ledger bookkeeper, accounting clerk or payroll clerk.

Associate of Applied Science - Information Processing

The Information Processing program prepares students for employment utilizing the microcomputer. Hands-on experience with currently popular business programs is emphasized as well as business and accounting applications. Graduates may pursue career opportunities in business, industry or government as a computer support specialist, management assistant and office positions utilizing applications software.

Associate of Applied Science - Management / International Trade

The educational objective of this program is the associate of applied science degree. The vocational objective of the Business Management Program is to provide the basic business skills necessary to enter a broad range of business enterprise or entrepreneur pursuits. The course mix allows the graduate to fill numerous managerial entry level positions in business, industry and government as well as provide opportunities for promotion to those currently in the field.
