The Edward S. Ageno School of Business

The Ageno School of Business prepares students for managerial and professional careers in business. Our full-time and adjunct professors have relevant experience in the fields in which they teach, and each of them brings on-the-job insight directly into class debate and discussion. Outside of class, professors work as CEOs, directors, vice presidents, entrepreneurs, consultants, partners and managers at companies of all sizes. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

The BBA is the undergraduate equivalent of the MBA. An essential element of the degree is an eleven-course core curriculum on the theory and practice of business. While studying the core subjects, you'll also explore a wide spectrum of business-related issues including how to run a business, how to understand the changing definition of profit in today’s global marketplace and an in-depth examination of the causes of business success and failure. For those who prefer maximum flexibility and convenience in scheduling, we offer evening and online courses that you can take when and where it is most convenient for you.

The Saturday MBA Program

The same classes in the traditional MBA program are now offered on Saturday at our Bay Area regional locations. Most students will take one class in the morning and one class in the afternoon during a given term. There are five 10-week terms per academic year.

Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration

The JD/MBA program is built on the curriculum of our traditional MBA program. This program allows JD students to apply 12 units of their second and third year law classes toward an MBA concentration.

Our dynamic Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program is designed for professionals who want to advance their career through the highest level of business education we offer. Held at our San Francisco campus, our DBA degree program offers a state-of-the-art curriculum and experienced, highly qualified professors. We have one of the few accredited doctoral programs in the greater Bay Area region that allows you to complete your doctoral studies on a part-time basis with evening and weekend classes.
