Diploma - Computer Accounting Specialist

This program provides general clerical training as well as specialized training in computerized accounting. Training includes classroom lecture as well as laboratory time for skills development. The objective of the curriculum is to prepare a person for an entry-level position as an accounting assistant, bookkeeper or auditing clerk in an accounting office, department or office setting, particularly those with a high degree of responsibility.

The program features the following:

• Word processing
• Spreadsheets
• Database management

Diploma - Computer Office Specialist

This program provides general clerical training that expands into the computer field by offering an introduction to computer entry techniques. Classroom lecture and laboratory time for skills development are used to accomplish this goal. The successful student should be capable of performing a variety of general clerical duties.

The program features the following:

• Keyboarding
• Filing
• Report preparation
• Word processing
• Light accounting
