Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism
If you prefer a variety of tasks, providing excellent customer services and working as part of a team to make a guest's experience exceptional, you might do well in the Central Coast's growing hospitality industry. In addition, this program includes materials that can lead to the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation's ManageFirst™ Credential.

Depending on previous experience in the hospitality industry, graduates of this program can find work in a wide variety of settings, including hotels, restaurants, conference facilities and wineries; as assistant managers, human resource assistants, guest services/group coordinators; front desk clerks, supervisors or managers; guest services representatives; or meeting and convention planners.
