Associate in Network Systems Administration (NSA)
The Network Systems Administration program provides students with
a background in network systems administration as applied to
practical business situations. The program addresses installing,
configuring, securing and administering network systems
comprising users, shared resources and network elements, such as
routers, in local and Internet-based environments.
Bachelor of Computer Information Systems (CIS)
The CIS program provides students with the technical skills and
business principles needed to identify, analyze and design
business solutions as well as develop, test and implement
supporting code and databases. An accelerated program is
available at select locations.
Bachelor of Network and Communications Management (NCM)
Nearly every business depends on networks. When they go down,
operations virtually cease. Network and Communications Management
professionals fill that critical niche in business organizations,
designing, implementing, securing and managing networks - from
Ethernet-enabled voice-operated IP systems to security firewalls
to next-generation network administration. With new positions
opening up and older NCM workers retiring, networking promises to
be the second largest job growth segment in North America for the
next ten years.
When you earn your bachelor's degree in Network and
Communications Management from DeVry--in just 3 years--you're
prepared to tap into a broad range of networking careers and
provide businesses with the capabilities essential to staying
competitive. The growth potential in this field can't be beat!
Bachelor of Technical Management (TM)
With qualifying prior college or field experience, you can add an
important credential--a bachelor's degree--to your resume. Plus,
by applying previously earned credits to this degree program, you
can earn your technical management degree in less time and at a
lower cost than you would in a traditional bachelor's degree
program! For example, if you're currently employed in the
criminal justice field and looking to advance your career or if
you have an associate degree in HIM or a related health care
technology field and want to take advantage of greater
opportunities in America's fastest growing industry, a technical
management degree can help you take your next career step.
