Master of Business Administration (Online)

Sullivan University's Graduate School provides students the opportunity for career advancement and enhanced job security through the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program.
MBA students complete a curriculum designed to develop measurable skills in human resource management, critical thinking, decision making, finance, research techniques and communication. Emphasis is placed on immediate real world application of the latest theories and strategies. Classes are capped at 20 students to allow each student to receive more personal attention. Core classes may be completed in just 18 months by taking two classes per quarter. Students with a Bachelor's degree other than Business Administration or from another university may need 1-5 foundation courses.
Master of Science in Collaborative Leadership (Online)
The Master of Science in Collaborative Leadership (MSCL) includes course offerings from both the Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Conflict Management programs. A MSCL graduate will be able to effectively manage staff and improve profitability with a unique set of skills gained from the core elements of each degree.

Master of Science in Conflict Management (Online)
The MSCM features a curricular design explicitly aimed for career applications in the corporate, government and nonprofit sectors. Online delivery enables the department to employ the best scholar-practitioners. Most have earned terminal degrees and many regularly mediate, arbitrate, facilitate, or negotiate complex cases. Many own their own successful conflict management businesses. Some faculty textbooks are used by other universities in this field.
