Associate's - Hospitality Operations and Management

The objectives of the hospitality operations and management program are to prepare the student with the skills and knowledge necessary to acquire entry-level employment in the exciting hospitality industry, including front desk associate, food and beverage management trainee, convention management assistant, hotels, motels, restaurants, inns and convention facilities. The courses provide an understanding of the hospitality industry, various departments, supervisory and management skills.

Students will apply their classroom knowledge to actual work experiences while on an externship of 120 hours at an approved site.
