Certificate in Human Resources Management

This is a six-course, 4-credit, fully online program designed to provide adult students with the ability to enhance their knowledge and skills essential for success in human resource management careers.

Certificate in Project Management

Special emphasis will be placed on the ethical issues faced in project management today within this concentration. Current industry tools and techniques used in project management will be explored. Research, theories, and models of team performance will be explored including the design and implementation of high performance teams and leadership in organizations. Assessments, simulations, and case studies will be utilized.

Certificate in Sales and Sales Management

This is a six-course, 24-credit, fully online program designed to provide adult students with the ability to enhance their knowledge and skills essential for success in sales and sales management careers.

Associate of Arts in Business

Our accelerated programs are tailored to your unique needs as an adult learner. Classes are conducted online or meet one night per week in Bourbonnais, Rolling Meadows, Lisle, Tinley Park or other Chicagoland locations. Much of the coursework is completed in collaborative learning teams, an entering class stays together throughout the program and the program can be completed in less than two years. At the same time, the program features the academic rigor you would expect from a leading liberal arts university.

As a student in the Business program at Olivet, you will study a variety of subjects while forming a solid foundation of business education by exploring introductory business concepts and issues, as well as what it takes to be a leader in the business world.

Bachelor of Business Administration

At Olivet, you will receive both the theoretical knowledge in the foundations of business and the practical application of that knowledge in the workplace. But in a post-Enron world, you will need more to succeed. Olivet sets itself apart from the competition by integrating the Christian faith into the business curriculum. Under the mentoring of passionate and knowledgeable professors, Olivet's business students become well-rounded professionals who make successful transitions into the corporate world.

Master of Business Administration

As a student in Olivet's Master of Business Administration program, you will link state-of-the-art business theory with actual practice; develop the skills necessary to become a more effective manager; prepare to assume greater responsibility and meet new challenges; and evaluate, from a Christian perspective, the ethical and legal implications of business decisions.

Master of Organizational Leadership

The Master of Organizational Leadership program, accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education, is designed to enhance the professional leadership skills of current business owners, managers, supervisors, and others in governmental, nonprofit and community-based organizations — all from a decidedly Christian perspective.
