Special emphasis will be placed on the ethical issues faced in
project management today within this concentration. Current
industry tools and techniques used in project management will be
explored. Research, theories, and models of team performance will
be explored including the design and implementation of high
performance teams and leadership in organizations. Assessments,
simulations, and case studies will be utilized.

Our accelerated programs are tailored to your unique needs as an
adult learner. Classes are conducted online or meet one night per
week in Bourbonnais, Rolling Meadows, Lisle, Tinley Park or other
Chicagoland locations. Much of the coursework is completed in
collaborative learning teams, an entering class stays together
throughout the program and the program can be completed in less
than two years. At the same time, the program features the
academic rigor you would expect from a leading liberal arts
university.
As a student in the Business program at Olivet, you will study a
variety of subjects while forming a solid foundation of business
education by exploring introductory business concepts and issues,
as well as what it takes to be a leader in the business world.
