Warner Pacific is an urban, Christ-centered liberal arts college
located in Portland, Oregon, that actively engages students in

The Adult Degree Program at Warner Pacific College has served
adult learners in achieving their educational goals for over 20
years. We understand the unique challenges faced by our students

The Associate of Arts in Organizational Dynamics is a two-year
degree concentrating on the liberal arts with an emphasis on
rapidly changing environments of organizations. Students working
in the areas of business and human services will find the degree
studies enhance professional development as well as being
applicable to their work. The degree is suitable for transfer
into four-year degree programs and meets the needs of students
who desire a general two-year degree.

The Bachelor's Degree in Accounting combines hands-on experience
with theoretical instruction and equips students for careers in
accounting or serves as the first step toward CPA certification.
The program concentrates on generally accepted accounting
practices and principles, federal and state tax laws as they
relate to individuals and organizations, the importance of
accounting controls, and the function of auditing. Emphasis will
also be placed on understanding ethics in a world view context
and the employment of ethical decision-making in organizations.
The student will develop skills and understand the process of
assessing, evaluating and making decisions about the operational
and financial management of businesses and organizations.
Master of Business Leadership

Working with experienced adult educators in the College for
Working Adults Master of Business Leadership Program is designed
to build practical and useful leadership kills. The program
emphasizes the development of the leadership skill sets that will
serve the participant throughout their personal life and career.
Exposure to a wide variety of real-world issues and situations
makes learning interesting and helps to develop strategies for
solving problems and leading people effectively.

The Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership
focuses on the theories, models, research findings, and best
practices found in the interdisciplinary, organizational
leadership studies field. Although classical leadership theories,
models, and case studies are examined, the emphasis of the
program is practical and applied in nature, building cognitive,
behavioral, spiritual, interpersonal, and strategic leadership
skills that are applicable to the real-world, issue-based
experiences of those working adults enrolled in the program.
