The human resources administration (HRA) degree is designed to
provide the academic foundation required by professional human
resource practitioners and researchers. In addition to those
courses required for everyone in the University and an HRA
business course body of knowledge, specialized courses in human
resources administration provide the individual with the
foundation for a professional leadership career in the human
resources area as well as further work in graduate education. An
important component of the curriculum is the preparation for and
the qualifying of graduates to sit for the Professional in Human
Resources (PHR)certification examination, which is administered
by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

Saint Leo University's Online MBA Program enables you to earn
your degree in the most convenient and efficient manner possible-
over the internet. This innovative program utilizes the latest in
Internet technology, including streaming videos, chat rooms and
CD-ROMs.
The Online MBA consists of a generalist track (Online MBA) as
well as an Online MBA with concentrations in Accounting, Criminal
Justice, HealthCare Administration, Human Resources
Administration, Information Security Management, and Sport
Business.
Concentrations are ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE.
You have the ability to complete the 12 required courses (three
semester hours per course) in as few as 12 months by taking two
classes per 8-week term. In keeping with Saint Leo's commitment
to personalized attention, online MBA classes will have no more
than 25 students to ensure students have ample interaction with
faculty.
Our curriculum is designed to produce tomorrow's organizational
leaders. The online program follows the same curriculum as the
on-campus MBA students, which includes courses in financial
accounting, marketing, management strategies, international
