Financial Aid Programs Are Available. Summit Career
College is authorized to administer Federal, Title IV grants and
loans to qualified students. Title IV funds come in the form of
either Grants (money that you do not have to pay back) or Loans
(money that you have to pay back a lender after your training
program ends). Federal Financial Aid assistance programs come in

Programs Offered
Accounting Assistant
The Accounting Assistant program is a new course of study that
is now enrolling. The Accounting Assistant course will provide
students with the skills and confidence necessary to perform
entry-level bookkeeping and accounting work for local
employers. Accounting Assistants may work in small business and
be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping and/or work in a
larger firm under the supervision of an accountant and
specialize in a certain area.
Applied Computer Office Administration
The Applied Computerized Office Administration course is
designed to give the student the basic knowledge and skills
necessary to work in an entry-level business office support
position. Instruction is given in both lecture and "hands on"
practical lab format using "stand alone" courses of
instruction. The program builds on the skill learned in the
Computerized Office Administration program by adding an
additional 160 hours of practical application of the skills
through an outside Externship at a business office.
